No more codes to remember - simply answer our friendly Quick Teller's questions. Or, if you choose, you can use your telephone keypad and key in your answers. Either way, you will be able to find account balances, transfers, loan payments, rate information and more, easier and faster with the all new Quick Teller!

Email Scams
Please do NOT respond or reply to emails claiming that your accounts with Black Hills Federal Credit Union have been compromised. These requests are not from the Credit Union. If you receive any emails from the Credit Union that you feel are suspicious please contact us.
"Phishing" is an e-mail scam involving fraudsters who pretend to be a legitimate business, such as a finanacial institution, credit card company, online service provider, or retailer, etc., in order to obtain your private information. Always treat unsolicited e-mail requests for financial information with suspicion, and do not respond to any of these messages.
Address Changes
Members may request address changes as follows:
- Through Netlink
- In person, with picture of I.D.
- On BHFCU's Address Change form
- In writing, by mail or fax, signed by a member
- On Post Office Moving Kit card, with signature\By phone, verifying member password
Requests for changes from personal email addresses and forwarding addresses received from the Post Office can no longer be accepted. If you are planning a move, please remember to change your address with BHFCU!
