Quick Teller (QT) is an effortless way to access your BHFCU accounts (Checking, Savings, Certficates, IRAs, and Loans) from your phone. You can make inquiries, transfers, loan payments, locate BHFCU Member Service Centers and ATMs, listen to current rates, report a lost or stolen card, and much more!
QT offers hands-free, voice recognition! You may choose voice recognition by simply listening and responding by voice, or you may choose to key in your answers, it's that easy!
To reach QT Mobile Banking, just call (605) 343-1677 or (800) 660-3224. QT is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Before you start, know your:
- Member Number
- PIN Number (Same as your NetLink Password; if you do not have one, please call 718-1818)
- Specific Account and Loan Numbers you wish to access (from monthly statement or NetLink)
Helpful Tips:
- Press 1 to key in your answers; Press 2 for hands-free voice recognition
- Remember to key in dollars and cents (example: $10.00 = 1-0-0-0)
- You may press any of the following numbers at any time during your session:
